...appreciates the opportunity to host and provide the music for your northwest Indiana wedding day. Therefore, every Trans Audio employee and DJ has agreed to the following Code of Conduct while performing for your ceremony and/or reception.
WE WILL . . .
Set up equipment a minimum of 45 minutes before your arrival and start cocktail music early, using a minimum of space.
introduce ourselves as soon as you arrive and ask if you have any additional requirements or requests that we can honor for you.
gladly interact with all of your service providers. Working together assures the best possible results for everyone.
welcome guests to your reception half-way through the cocktail hour.
alert everyone to the start of introductions and dinner, helping keep the reception and food service on schedule.
help anyone that needs to use our wireless microphone and make them feel comfortable and capable while making announcements or toasts on your behalf.
announce bride & groom's cake cutting from introductions or shortly after salad service. This enables your banquet center staff adequate time to prepare it for dessert and helps dance music start sooner.
host and emcee your opening dances and all special activities and events throughout the evening.
honor song requests from guests, unless you direct otherwise.
honor your "Do Not Play List" even if they are requested.
find all the songs you request. You do not need to supply us with music.
be packed and on the road within 30 minutes after the last song. avoid any possible late charges to you from the banquet center.
WE WILL NOT . . .
bring friends or any other uninvited person to your event.
put up a garish, electronic business sign.
put business cards on guest tables.
smoke or drink alcohol.
ask you or any of your guests for help moving equipment or attending to any other needs that are our responsibility.
move banquet tables or change your room set-up in any way to accommodate our equipment.
take "brakes" or stop dance music before the end of the reception.
bring air guitars, boas, rubber chickens or any props to your reception.
use gaudy strobe lights, mirror balls or police beacon spinners that flash light all over the room. Rather, we use tasteful "intelligent" lighting that highlights, but is confined to the dance floor.
