It seems that whenever we provide music for a wedding reception, we come to more fully appreciate the essential role that music plays in the good times of our lives. Recently, we discovered that music can also help people during tough times, especially when coping with a difficult injury or illness. As a result, in the fall of 2003 Trans Audio Mobile Music founded a community service, the Healing with Harmony Foundation.
Healing with Harmony “harmony kits” (tote case, CD players and multiple music and spoken word CDs) free of charge to the medical community. Health care providers are now able to use custom-selected music to enhance the comfort and lift the spirits of people in their care.
